Martin Dean - Head Coach
Coach Martin Dean is entering his 37th year of coaching and is in his 18th year as the Head Baseball Coach at The Colony High School. During his time, the baseball team qualified for the state playoffs for the first time in school history (2010-2011) and won the first playoff game and advanced to the area round in the first time in school history in 2018, and the quarter finals in 2020. Prior to coming to TCHS, Coach Dean was a pitching coach and Football coach at Lewisville High School, the Head Baseball Coach at Kemp High School and the Head Baseball Coach at Lawton Ike High School in Oklahoma. He also spent six years coaching select baseball teams during the summer, including the 2009 BCS National Champions, Dallas Yankees.

Coach Grady graduated from The University of North Texas in 2013 with a degree in Kinesiology. Coach Grady has 13 years of coaching experience at both the middle school and high school level. He is entering his 6th year at The Colony HS. Coach Grady enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Sarah of 10 years and his two sons Mason (5) and Landon (2).
Trey Goodchild JV Gold Head Coach / Asst. Coach

Coach Goodchild graduated from The Colony High School in 2008. Playing
for Coach Rangel and alongside Coach King. He went on to play safety and run track at Bethany College before finishing his college education at The University of North Texas where he earned his degree in biology. He enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his wife Crystal, 6 year old son Turner and newborn daughter Tatum. This will be his second year teaching and coaching at The Colony High School.
Allen Domer - Assistant Coach

Coach Domer graduated from Lewisville High School in 2007 where he played baseball. He attended Texas Tech and majored in Exercise and
Sports Science. This is his 5th year as assistant coach for TCHS Baseball.
He volunteers and coaches for the Lewisville ISD Special Olympics. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports and traveling.
